   The Multikip Space Hobo

   I'm not sure whether or not it's a bug, but It's very annoying to have to avoid talking to the story characters at the outpost, and finding out which stores I can't use until later in the game.
   
   If I'm posting in the wrong category, let me know, since this is my first time posting here.

   The outpost state is shared per universe and not per character. This is intended and not a bug.
