Modding Help Objects which can be placed before background tiles and after foreground tiles?

Basically, I'm trying to find out a way to place object over foreground block, or before background block. Maybe somebody got any idea or has any progress in this direction?

 

You want to place objects either in the very foreground, else between foreground and background? I can't test on this pc, but crops seem to grow overtop of foreground blocks. You may be able to create an object of one block with a larger sprite to cover surrounding forground. Dunno if that would help?

What do you mean by "Before", it's a very general term in this context.

 

Currently there are 2 layers for placeable objects: background and foreground. All I want is make possible to utilize 4 layer system: very background, background, foreground, very foreground. Where at very background and very foreground you can place certain objects.
