Bug/Issue Objects that read the world time have issues when moving between servers/universes on ships

This primarily affects NPC tenants, crops, and livestock. Because the world time varies between servers and single player universes, these objects perceive what are sometimes massive jumps in time, causing problems like crops that never grow, livestock that never produce, and tenants that never pay rent.

This most often occurs when a player visits a universe which is younger than one they previously visited. If a crop is planted at time 1100 and plans to grow at time 1200, it breaks if the player takes these crops on their ship to another server or universe if the time is only 100. The crop is expecting to grow at 1200 but because time apparently traveled backwards considerably, it may be hours or days before the crop sees the time reach 1200, or it may never grow.

This could be solved by introducing a local world age for the player ship. That way, when players decide to visit other servers and player universes, crops and livestock on their ship will not bother with the universe time, but with only the time that the ship world says it is.

Yes please. This hits me every time I move between singleplayer and multiplayer.
