NovaKid Ship Tier 8. Invisible Blocks in Red "Car"

I converted the Red "Car" of the NovaKid Train into a sort of Armory,but there seems to be invisible blocks on the area i'm standing on. Yes, i've tried the dirt block thing, even through to the background walls. Need help. Thanks in Advance to anyone with a solution!

If it helps, there was a Hylotl Armour Stand there before i removed it to place my "Wardrobes"

 

Place blocks over the spaces then break them.
