Modding Help Need Help With My Mod

Hey, I am new to modding and am encountering some problems. I have followed a tutorial on creating a laserpick and tried to make any changes I need to for it to work with the newest update. Game loads up, but I cannot find my item in the crafting menu. Did you patch the player.config?

 

No I did not, not sure how to.
