havent been able to make it crash since.. i'm just gonna blame cosmic rays >.>

as for the log, its the normal starbound log that shows up in giraffe_storage .. just snipped it for length, cause didnt need 2 sets of the asset list i figured ^.^

the end of the log was literally the end of it, nothing more was written after the crash


worked fine all night as i was destroying more planets ... with maxSpread cranked up to 2000 in tech file
got a bit laggy with all those particles and falling blocks/ores, but no crashes

like i said.. random cosmic rays i guess >.>

i feel like this mod deserves more attention from art critics, like my grand grand grand aunt Carlosas

 

I would like to make some suggestions for posable balancing options.

1. Make it so the nanite uses on blocks don't overlap and stack the affects.
2. Tie the power and speed to the upgrade level of the manipulated, making it start way weaker.
3. Limit the number of blocks that can be affected at once.
Any one would help make it less over powered

 

I'm sorry, I don't understand how to use this mod to destroy a world. How do i cause a run-away nano apocalypse?

 

How could we get this mod to work in the newest update? I would really like to use it, but I don't know how to get it working.

 

Hey! I noticed the mod is slightly out of date; the quest formatting changed slightly, so existing players won't be able to learn the tech.

You can download a provisional quest file here. Mod owner can use that fix as well for the official build if they so wish. Simply replace the old nanotech.questtemplate within the quests folder, with the new one provided, and complete the quest as normal in game.

I believe the tech is working as expected for all intents and purposes! Nice job mate!

It does indeed crash with that.
Since the mod author's last activity was over a year ago, I'll see what I can do. (I don't think I can get it working again, but I'll give it a shot.)
