Mysterious NPC

    Does anyone actually know who this is? He keeps on rambling about how he needs to hide, and is trying to avoid contact with anyone. In the crate next to his bed you can find the 'Insidious Mask'

    Also, you should try editing your post to attach the image, and then embed it. But please avoid double-posting, and use the edit button instead of stacking posts back-to-back.
