I know this is probably irrelephant to this thread, but the previous Pokedew thread was a bit outdated and I'm wasn't sure if anyone would respond to it-

It's related to the Pokemon Trainer Hats. I've had some trouble getting those into my game. I've replaced the .xnb files for the hats and even tried replacing the data hats.xnb, but I could never get them in the game.

 

what about the birds into pidgeys/spearows and seagulls into wingulls/pelipers ?

Hello there, I'd like to suggest some Grass Pokemon as crops. Like Sunflora for Sunflower. Any idea?

 

Love how you incorporated Venonat evolving into Venomoth.

I haven't seen all of them, but the textures look good!

I second birds into pidgeys, or spearows in the fall, and wingulls for seagulls. What about geodude or it's evolutions for something in the mine?

 

I'm confused why you're making the cows and goats both Tauros.
BTW I love this mod. Thanks for re-doing Leah. I'm not really a fan on how the marriage people look.

 

it's good for people who want to mix and match with other mods, such as this. You don't really have to download and install all of these, you know?

 

I just wish I could do it myself, but all the programs I've found crash on my computer. I love the Torchic mod that's out, but I don't like that it's used for both colors of chickens, so I too would like to use Farfetch'd to differentiate.


Edit: I maaaaayyyy have figured it out. Currently testing to see if it converted properly/that the sprite works properly.


Edit 2: The walk cycle isn't working, so I have to do more editing for me.

I feel the same way about the torchic mod. I LOVE it but I hate not being able to tell what color chicken I have! good luck though hope you get it worked out soon!

 

Have you given thought to doing fish as well? You could add in remoraid, octillery, corsola, magikarp etc for the various fish found throughout the game. I"m sure there are plenty of pokemon to put in for all the fish, or is there no file for them?

 

is it possible to change item appearance too? you could change the clam for a shelder

 

I'm having trouble getting the sprite to fit inside the "box" for the sprite. So when it walks, it has bits of another sprite next to it on the sheet. Trying to find something about spacing online but having zero luck.

 

A lot of people have been linking things like Pyxel Edit and Asesprite, but you can edit these using almost anything. I used to do my pixel art in MS Paint. I use Photoshop now; while it's not meant specifically for spriting, it has so many features overall that a lot of them work really well for this.

 

Bleh, I'm giving up on Farfeth'd for now. I can't get it to animate properly in the game. UnU I just can't figure it out. Whole thing is giving me a headache.

 

I love these mods but may I make a suggestion? Can you please mod the rocks that look like the rock crabs to look like Dwebble's shell? I love having Dwebble in game but Dwebble sticks out like a sore thumb.
