Modding Help Mods

I really want some mods but whenever i try to download them i dont know where to put it. please help me soon, please and thank you.

 

Are you using the Steam version of Starbound?
If so, I can tell you where to put the mods you've downloaded

 

yes, i am using steam, so where

 

Open your start menu and go to Computer - Local Disk - Program files (86) - Steam - Steam apps - Common - Starbound - Giraffe storage - mods

That should be how you get to it, unless you're using something other than Windows

What do you mean that the mods don't work anymore?
Is your game crashing when you open it now?

 

no. they just have no effect on the game.
