Bug/Issue Missing Update Files Error

    Have never had any issues with it till now. Gives me an error when I go to download/update it saying "(missing update files) C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\downloading\211820\win32\make_versioned_json.exe" Tried reinstalling and uninstalling along with deleting all files and reinstalling again. Missing Udate Files Steam.PNG
