Eh, reminds me of a TO moderator who has an account here, who has their gender to 'female' even though he is a true male. Oh well.

 

There's lots of people that've done that. I respect them fully and don't think lesser of them for it.

 

I wasn't angry because of the false gender, what bothered me was what was done with it.

 

But you have to recognize, he didn't know this will come this far.

 

You just have to think, if you were really attracted to him, wouldn't you not care what gender he is?

Just so everyone knows im still friends with him, and I hope to remain friends, and the last thing I want him to see when he gets back is a bunch of people arguing about what happened.

See? That is why I don't take Internet relationships too seriously. Things like this can happen, and I don't want me, or anyone to be psychologically hurt. I'm glad Michael told you the truth, though. Things could go worse. I'm also glad you two are still good friends. That is a sign that he doesn't hate you, or you hate him, which means that probably nothing bad will happen when he returns. I really hope people forget this thing happened, and Michael gets accepted back into the forums.

 

In all technicalities, it is written within the human genome to have a preference or desire for a single gender. Unless you are bi or pan, which is a rarer exception.

Well, there ya go. I'm guessing that it was the act of deception that hurt, not the gender itself, which totally doesn't matter.
