Resolved Merge threads request

I created a mod thread in Stardew Valley subforums before learning how mod upload works.
So now there are 2 threads - first one with mod attached and small discussion and another one corresponding to new mod uploaded as new resource.
Is it possible to redirect link from first one to second and delete former? Can comments be moved that way?

I've merged the threads so that all of the replies are part of the resource thread.
