Mac Server Creation Error

    Starting a server on mac but the cmd line keeps popping up with this error:

    Me and my friend can get into the server, but neither can add to party and worlds aren't loading right. Eventually it just boots us out of the server. I'm on a mac 10.8.5
    Anyone else facing this problem
