REQUEST Lottery system

I think it would be neat if you could buy a lottery ticket from Pierre or Joja mart. Maybe a draw once a week. Is something like this possible?

 

How possible it is depends on how realistic and/or immersive you want it to be really, since there are a lot of variables here.

 

Jokerine did a lottery mod. It's not exactly what you are requesting, but it's what I've been using.
