And a few of them. I do a lot of projects at once to keep myself busy. I actually just finished working for monstermmorpg.com as a trainer spriter (Listed in credits as Riotpopperlord). So now that I'm done with that I have a lot of free time.

Screenshots from 3 different games I'm working on at the moment.

First one is a test build from a shootemup bullethell called Encrypted Valliance (Test name, subject to heavy change)

Second one is a game for my friend Kaen. Birthday gift, not far in development. (It's based off of a character from Touhou.)

third and final is a screenshot from a yet unnamed zombie survival bullethell rpg dungeon crawler.

Overall, got a lot going on, lol.

There are dozens of photo editors out there.

I personally use Gimp 2.0 but Pixlr.com works too.

 

nice. if I could decipher Gimp I would use it..... I use pixen which is Amazing!

 

Sadly I don't have a Mac :c But Gimp is a very nice program for sprites. I once coined the phrase "Like Photoshop, but without the unnecessary useless filters and crap"

Without Macromedia Fireworks I just can't edit or create images. I never could find a good replacement for it.

 

Man, if I buy ONE program, it will be Fireworks though. It is a really neat program.

If you want to do pixels I could simply do some Gimp 2.0 tutorials for you all. I wouldn't mind going over basics to help you out.

I'm actually quite poor, and am currently living in a small trailer on my bosses property while I do general yardwork to stay alive and make 8 american dollars under the table an hour. My mother, aunt, brother and father all died from drugs/ issues and health problems related to abuse and left me basically homeless. My boss now took me in and is helping me out a ton. My mother was an amazing artist, and worked in hollywood/burbank creating sets and bringing in/training horses for lots of movies. She taught me a lot of what I know on canvas. I self taught myself spriting.
