Bug/Issue Kill Quest Target Killed by NPC, Quest Not Finishable

    Actually, the title says it all.

    Was tasked to kill a Bird for an NPC, and the bird flew over the settlement almost immediately, getting killed by one of the Guards before I could even shoot at it. It died, and I got the items it "took," but I didn't kill the Bird, so the quest didn't progress.
