In what could have been a few minutes but could also have been at least an hour, The little girl finally said something. "She's ready, go on in." She pointed to the door on her right. He could hear Jason moving heavy furniture up against the door for a bit, and then it stopped.
He bites slowly into the meat, a low growl being let out before he starts tearing into it, fully turned by the time the slab is finished. It groans, slowly getting up and wandering around the room, scraping it's shoulder along the wall as he walks the circumference, eyes glazed and jaw slack.
In the room was a woman in business casual attire. She was standing with a clipboard. "In here we take your measurements and I ask you a bunch of questions." At some later point, he's not sure when, he regains his conscious thought, Still locked in the room. Since there were no windows and no working clocks, he has no idea how much time has passed.
She has him stand in front of her and she measures his waist and his arm length. She has him step on a scale and notes his weight. She measures the size of his feet as well. After noting all this, she begins the questions. "What's your name?" "Don't shake me like that."
He is dazed for a moment, before realizing where he is and knocking on the doir, calling out, "Jason, you there?"
"Well It'll take less time if you ask less questions. Speaking of which, Do you know your age?" After a few moments he heard a reply. "Yeah yeah, I'm here."
She scribbles that down "Any known living friends or relatives on the surface?" ((You know you start in a survival bunker right?)) He could hear the sounds of scraping furniture. Then the door opened.

'Anything happen while I was gone?' He says, collecting his stuff and putting the biohazard helmet back on.
@The Purple Dragon ((Yes, but it says I'm running low on supplies in the intro, and my character really likes tinkering)) The city was in ruins, Quite different from what it would have looked like 2 years ago. As he traveled deeper into the city, the air grew warmer. He found a hardware store, but it was clear it had been looted. She makes a few more notes, "You're free to go." "Yeah, I had an excellent nap."
