Modding Help It is possible to create a short range teleport object?

Hi, i'm trying to create an interactable object A that teleport the npc/player to the object B on interact but i don't know how to do get the id of the entity that interact with the object.

I don't know if is possible to do something similar to what im asking.

 

Wired teleporters does this.
