    it takes 1 penguin to change a light bulb as all people know, penguins are intelligent enough to use a ladder because if they have developed space travel.
    I am sure they understand the complexities of a ladder and the ability of unscrewing something.

    Well if the one with the shell is any indication, penguins are like Bowser and can breathe fire, making light bulbs useless. That's not to say they couldn't screw in the light bulb if they wanted to, they just won't need to. In other words, 24.
