    1) listing planets and co-ordinates.
Including at least the planet relevant to the quest would be useful to anyone who has found colonies of one species on more than one world.
Co-ordinates would be useful for those that have not book-marked the colonies they have visited, especially if they have then roamed widely enough to not have them immediately visible on their star map.
    2) Flags and teleporters.
Optimally including a "Near (Flag_name)" type message so that if there are several TelePort markers on a world you can head to the one nearest the quest location.
This may be difficult for NPCs moving around a village or similar, but at that point one can simply set the Village itself as the location, or in the case of rescue or eliminate objectives, one could use the terrain feature as the relevant point.
In both cases those points should be enough to beam down to the correct world at the closest relevant point. After that your quest compass can guide you.
    3) Find materials objectives.
These objectives do not require specific objects and so can remain unchanged.
    4) Servers.
Some mention must be made of one character on multiple servers. At no point is there a clear indication of what server a quest is from, if the character is not on the server where that quest was given, is it Still possible to complete?
    5) Clarification of terms used.
TelePort markers are Flags or teleporters the player have either found or placed on the planetoid in question.
Village is any NPC dwelling/s capable of generating quests.
Terrain features are locations that NPCs can refer to, and as such are assumed to be pregenerated structures.
    6) Examples:
    "Return to Mya.
-Ceti Regulii IV, East of landing site."
"Investigate Cultists in the Abandoned house.
-Hadar Proxima IIb, West of 'more avian village'."
