I have a LITTLE problem

Ok so i was spriting an avian for fun and went to look for my black beak mod so i could draw it.so i went on an unpaking spree to find it, i didn't find it. then i booted up starbound to look for the mod ID, when it finished booting every time i moved my ouse the game glitched. So i have a question, Do you need to have mods peked before you start the game?

 

I may have found the problem.

the contents.pak for the lamia mod seems to be missing..... going to reinstall the mod after i first find the black beaks

 

So i finished the sprite and went to reinstall the lamia mod,and it seemed to have unsubscribed it's self some how...
I reinstalled it,now i'm gonna try booting starbound up again

 

Seems to have resolved it self with only some minor graphical glitches left

also since this ordeal is pretty much over i'm going to share the sprite!

 

Ok so the glitch isn't an isolated event....

It seems to be steam itself not starbound.
