Homestuck Mod/Sburb Gamemode!

This sounds awesome. If I had some skill, i'd do it myself, but sadly I do not. If somebody could help me find a good tutorial though, I could probably pick it up fairly quick.

I imagine it would be helpful to summarize what you need (helpful to me at least) in the best order I can think of (as in the best order of importance I can think of [first to last, then importance] Or just the order I thought of them in).

THIS LIST IS A CLUSTERFUCK. PLEASE READ WITH CAUTION. Also anything before 1 was something I thought of as an afterthought and didn't want to go back and add in properly.
