Help with Dr. Akaggy and ship

    2 things:
    How do I find salvage interaction chips and power couplings?
    Also, do you have to buy fuel from the outpost to move somewhere in space, because with a max upgraded ship I don't know how to move anywhere.

    2 - fuel can be buy in outpost or mined in moon (liquid erchius or solid erchius ore)
