WELL. I have been VERY busy recently so I'm going to respond now. Or in 5 minutes.

Backstory (optional): Just your normal, garden-variety Promethean sniper, until he received CPU damage causing him to regain some emotions, but causing him to behave erratically at times.
Positive traits:

• Sniper: very accurate
• Promethean: can't feel pain
• Soldier: can teleport short distances

Negative traits:

• CPU Damage: behaves erratically at times
• Emotional Wreck
• "The Soldiers can drive?! Wait, no they can't.": can't drive anything without crashing into something

It looks great, the only thing I'd do would be shorten that number just a bit. So it is...

That long number is just its official designation, you can just call it 1578 for short.
