Bug/Issue Glitched out Buildings and town furniture?

    This issue is really bothering me, and it seems to be on and off, no matter what I do.

    Friends were telling me that it might be a GPU driver bug. Since I have no mods that edit any of the town buildings. 20170426122443_1.jpg

    Any ideas?

      Could be a GPU thing, but it looks like you're also using an overlay for the skills. Does this effect still occur in the base game without any mods at all?
      Checking that should narrow down if it's GPU related or a mod.
