Server Help Giving "/list" command permissions to all users?

    Right now my server has the issue of people logging in and having to play marco polo to figure out who's online.

    /list will tell users who is connected, but it also comes as part of the admin bundle, so right now I'd have to give people the ability to kick, spawn, ban, etc, just to see the active player list.

    Is it possible to give people access to only /list, or is there a mod somewhere that will provide this functionality?

    An update for those curious;

    The functionality I was looking for was provided by the StarryPy3k server proxy. Easily found on google and easily set up after Python is installed.
