Bug/Issue Game Crashes when I try to Equip/Loot a weapon

OS: Microsoft Windows Home 10
OS Build: 10.0.15063 Build 15063

Starbound Version 1.3.2

What happened: I experienced the bug yesterday as I was doing the floran scan quest, and came to a chest where there was some weapons. Upon looting the weapon the game crashed.
I tried starting up the game in Administrator mode, but the same crash happened.

Another thing that happened is that one or two times when I tried starting up the game, the weapon was attached to my cursor, and when I tried clicking somewhere the same crash happened.

My girlfriend has the same error.

What happened: She was doing the crystal mining facility quest, and when she found a weapon that she could loot the game crashed.

A temporary fix that I found is if you trash the weapon, it will crash again but when you reload the buggy weapon is gone.
