Bug/Issue freeze and can't start Fatal Error: Access violation detected at 00007FFE876C9FFE

Can not restart starbound after a freeze I post you the log it, if someone could help me it would be cool ^^ I already try to run it in admin and steam too but nothing does as well as the Uninstall / reinstall but still nothing ..
