The Destroyer of Worlds Achievement has a very vague description:

Obviously, the procedurally-generated planets in Starbound vary in size based on the amount of blocks that they are made up of. Being a completionist myself, I decided to browse through the achievement files in the game's resource files.

The achievement's name in the code is "planetblocks," and requires that a player collects at least 10,000,000 blocks.
