    I just installed this mod (and also the one for the greenhouse) and for some reason (atleast the cellar one) doesnt work.
    I think this has to do with the entoarox framework since my error logs are just filled with errors regarding it.

    It just continues on with the text that comes after the last [... ERROR SMAPI]
    Also the last part is halfway in german so translated its something like this:

    Sorry if you can't make anything out of it but i just really wanna make this mod work...

      Unfortunately, Extended Cellar and Extended Greenhouse aren't really viable at the moment. Due to some changes made in the base game, using AdvancedLocationLoader mods for the cellar and greenhouse results in the modded defaults being loaded whenever you load a save game (in other words, anything you put in them will disappear when you load your save).

      The needed fix is on the Entoarox Framework side of things, which is currently being re-coded from the ground up for EF 2.0

      Looking at the log, it looks like you're using the versions of Ento's mods that pathoschild updated for SMAPI 1.15.2, without updating to SMAPI 1.15.2

          Hmm... The Sheds mod won't let me change rooms, and this mod causes my game to crash every time I try to enter the basement. Here is the print out at the point of error:

          Let me know if I need to upload the entire thing.
          Edit: Just updated Entoarox from version 2.0.2 to 2.0.6, and it still crashes. Checking ALL next.
          Edit x2: Found it. AdvancedLocationLoader was also a few points out of date as well. Not sure how, given that I only installed the game on Friday...

            Yup. Mentioned it over in the greenhouse thread, forgot to notify here. (I'm not the dev, I'm just the tester). With the current versions of EF and ALL (at time of posting) Extended Cellar and Extended Greenhouse are both viable

                I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I downloaded and installed all the things it said I needed to. Place furniture anywhere is working, but this mod just isn't happening. When I go to try to upgrade my cellar, I don't have any options other than shop and build farm buildings. there's no option to expand the cellar. I extracted both the framework and the content of this mod into the steam/steamapps/common/stardewvalley/mods folder. Did I install them wrong?

                  Are you trying to expand the cellar at Robin's?

                  Go to the cellar and, if memory serves (sorry, been a while since I upgraded mine and haven't unlocked the cellar in my new game) one of the barrels in the corner should give you a prompt to spend money and expand the cellar

                  EDIT: Also, you mention both EF and the Extended Cellar mod; do you have Advanced Location Loader as well? The ALL folder in the Extended Cellar only contains the location mod; it does not contain the Advanced Location Loader files needed to load the location mod.

                    Okay I installed the advanced location loader and it still isn't working. I went to the cellar and the only barrels in there are the ones that were already there. and clicking on them doesn't do anything. I got this message?

                    I extracted EF and ALL into the mods folder then I extracted the extended cellar mod into the mods folder and into the location folder in ALL just for good measure. I have no idea what else to do.

                      No manifest? That can't be right.

                      I need screenshots of your mod folder and your Advanced Location Loader folder, as well as the version number of your Advanced Location Loader and Entoarox Framework installations, please. (I'd ask for a log, but again, I'm a tester, not a dev. It's easier for me to see the problem if I can get a look at the folders)

                          Okay. I think I see the problem.

                          The Extended Cellar files are packaged up in such a way that you can merge the "mods" folder directly into your existing "mods" folder and everything will be in the right place. You appear to have placed the mods folder from Extended Cellar into "Locations" resulting in Mods/Advanced Location Loader/Locations/Mods/Advanced Location Loader/Locations/Extended Cellar, when the path should be Mods/Advanced Location Loader/Locations/Extended Cellar. I suspect the second iteration of the Advanced Location Loader folder is why it was reporting a missing manifest.

                          Also, the Extended Cellar 0.25 folder in the mods directory isn't needed once you move the files into ALL, but I don't think that's going to cause any major issues. If you do need to keep it, might I suggest a separate mods_backup folder in a different location? (I keep mine on my desktop, for instance. Very handy for testing).

                          Not sure why you have a Mods folder inside your Mods folder either.

                            Okay I deleted advanced loader location and extended cellar and extracted them again. I extracted ALL directly into the Mods folder from my downloads folder and EC directly from my downloads folder into the locations folder and the paths look right but i'm still getting this message.

                            and the cellar still looks the same. no other barrels and clicking on the existing barrels doesn't do anything.

                              I can see the problem. Alright.

                              The folder Extended Cellar v.0.25 should contain a folder called Mods. Merge this folder with your Stardew Valley Mods folder. That should put everything where it should be.

                              Afterwards, your Advanced Location Loader/Locations folder should look something like this (don't mind the extended greenhouse, that's another modded location)

                              EDIT: Just noticed. Move the Advanced Location Loader folder out of AdvancedLocationLoader-v1.3.6 and directly into Mods. File path should look like the one in the second screenshot. Most mods are designed so that when you extract them, they have a folder inside that you can drag and drop into Mods. Extracting directly into mods means you have a folder containing a folder containing the mod (Mods/AdvancedLocationLoader-v1.3.6/Advanced Location Loader instead of Mods/Advanced Location Loader). I think this is mostly done to make it easier to update existing mods without having to go through and delete previous versions that had the version number in the folder

                                  What the hell...

                                  Okay. The two ACE mods I know nothing about. Can't help there. Animal Mood Fix is obsolete and no longer needed; the bug it fixes was corrected by an SDV update.

                                  The file path for Content/Characters/Dialogue suggests it's an XNB mod, not a SMAPI mod. You need to either merge it with Stardew Valley/Content (BACKUP the files it replaces first!) or place the contents into an XNB replacer mod like Entoarox's XNBLoader (put Characters/Dialogue into Mods/XNBloader/Modcontent).

                                  For advanced location loader, please provide fresh screenshots of the folders.

                                    most of my other mods are working. it's just this one (and the dialogue one so thank you I hadn't even thought about it with all the fighting with this one!!) i'm having trouble with. I'm going to install the extended greenhouse too if I ever get this one working.

                                      Okay. It appears you are once again missing the actual Advanced Location Loader files.

                                      Refer to the screenshot below.

                                      Underlined in green is the required file path of each folder. Circled in red are the files you are missing. These files are found within Advanced Location Loader; move them to the filepath noted above.

                                      Extended Greenhouse has its files set up in much the same way as this one. For simplicity's sake, it may be easier to go into the Extended Greenhouse/Mods/Advanced Location Loader/Locations and copy the folder you find there into Stardew Valley/Mods/AdvancedLocationLoader/Locations
