Bug/Issue Error trying to update game

The game worked fine about a week ago (the last time I played it) but now it wont download. I tried a bunch of different solutions. I googled the error, Verify game cache, changed steam download region, changed folder location, changed wifi connection, etc. I felt like I had no choice but to run a clean install of the game and that didn't work either! I'm not sure what to do at this point.

Edit: If the gyazo link and it doesn't work. It's an error that says "corrupt download" and reads: "valve616.steampipe.steamcontent.com/depot" and has a whole thread of letters and number like any other web link.
