NEW TYPE OF NPC ADDED TO THE OP.
Semi-important NPCs, they aren't completely relevant to the plot but they are unlocked by asking for their name.
They will come to your aid OR target you, depending on how you build a relationship with them,
semi-important NPCs can make or break your character so choose wisely.
First SI-NPC is Jared, the X gang foot soldier, depending on a character's rank and part they play they'll be able to help in different ways.
Asking for help from people in high places may be useful but asking for support from somebody who's hidden away and is the building block of a gang, that's more useful than ever, especially when they're armed.
AND LISTEN WHEN I SAY YOU GUYS ARE GOING TO NEED AS MANY ALLIES AS YOU CAN GET FOR WHAT I HAVE PLANNED.

Ummmmmmmmmmmmmm, yeah I can't think of anything better.

SI-NPCs WILL NOT BE GAUGED LIKE IMPORTANT NPCs INSTEAD THEY WILL HAVE A STATUS, DETERMINING THEIR WILL TO HELP THE PLAYER, RELATIONSHIP STATS ARE STILL FOUND IN THE NPC RELATIONSHIP TAB BUT I WILL NOT BE ADDING THEM TO EACH CHARACTER SINCE THE SI-NPCs WILL MOST LIKELY KNOW ONLY A FEW PLAYERS.
THE STATUSES RANGE FROM THREE GROUPS:
Acquainted, in this group the SI-NPCs will not come to your aid but they will recognize you.
Allied, in this group the SI-NPCs will come to our aid if it means risking their life, you've made a friend and they'll fight for your causes, wage your wars, MAYBE help you and your girlfriend move.
Arch-nemesis, in this group the SI-NPCs despise you, they'll take your slices of pie, they'll write rude things on your car, they'll mostly fight you, depending on the person they might deceive others, plan against you, wage your wars.. against you.​
