Tell one of admins(whose names are in blue) that you want to buy a plot on the hub. Once you pay 600 pixels per tile for your plot, you will be able to build at your plot.

Someone told me to selected "allow assets mismatch" and I did log on, but my ship got wiped to nothing. Deselecting and trying solo doesn't help. I could log on ILB server without it. Also, now I can't beam down anywhere with it selected. Without it selected I can't join the server...

 

I had the same problem when I first tried to join the server, also had assets mismatch allowed and had no mods etc. I managed to fix it by deleting my games song folder so apparently there was a file in there was a file in there tha counted as an asset mismatch with the server. You could try that and see if it works for you. You can then just move all the deleted files back a few at a time to see wich file caused the problem and keep that one deleted.
