not sure whether this would be considered something for a major update or a minor one, but maybe at some point in the future there could be a way to recustomize the appearance (hair, skin/fur color, etc) of existing player characters? perhaps by way of a "dna changing" machine in the outpost or something? not really a major thing, but a little convenience thing for people like avians who don't think their face fluff looks good in their ancient helmet, or an apex who doesn't like his beard anymore
I don't know,of course it wouldn't make sense for you to change the species,but change minor things like only the hair style or personality,that would be nice
