I can't seem to open Startbound in Ubuntu without Steam. In Windows, I can launch the game from its executable no problem. But in Ubuntu, I have to do it through Steam, if I run it from its file location, I get this error: "./starbound: error while loading shared libraries: libSDL2-2.0.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory". Anyone know the solution?

Sounds like Starbound can't find SDL libraries. Try installing libsdl2-2.0 and libsdl2-dev.
