Bug/Issue Can't paint certain wood

Now what is strange is that I can't paint the ones near the benches, though I have removed them and tried painting too. I even tried breaking and building the block again, nothing. And it's not just blue paint that doesn't work, it's every color.

 

There is a known bug where some blocks just won't change colors from some reason. Typically in patches. It is weird and to my knowledge, no fix.
