Resolved Can't open starbound.config

It pops up with an error message that says "class not registered" I'm not sure if this is a problem with the file or starbound that I can fix or if it's just my computer but if anyone knows how to fix this please let me know

 

How are you attempting to open the file? Are you directly trying to use a text editor?
If not, and you are simply double-clicking, your computer may have programs with filename associations already for .config, so opening it wouldn't end well.
Try right-clicking, and choosing to open it with an editor.

If after that, you got nothing, delete the file, and reopen the game. A new one should generate.

Otherwise, finally, try re-
verifying the Steam cache for the game and repeat these steps.
