Bug/Issue Cannot start game through SMAPI shortcut (PC) SOLVED!

I googled for the latest version of SMAPI (i think its 1.8 but I could be wrong) and downloaded the first file link I saw. Now my Stardew Valley wont start up. I'm new to using mods for this game and downloaded a few i thought would be helpful. Can anyone help me? I dont know what I did wrong. I had to uninstall and reinstall SDV because I downloaded the wrong mods. That could be some of the issue.

I've provided images of my error and the mods currently in my game. If anyone can tell me if the mods I'm using are up to date or not.

The newest SMAPI is 1.14.1; the GitHub release page will always have the current version: https://github.com/Pathoschild/SMAPI/releases
