    The Phobe manager of The Alley. As she's finally been exposed in RP, I felt it fitting to reveal her face and name here as well. Basically, Catalina is a criminal on the run from various law enforcement agencies, hence her ubiquitous cloak and pseudonym. Morality is hardly a thought for her - her primary focus is on getting more food to eat, no matter how.

    Well, they might not appeal to some. :rofl: I know Crossfang draws them, Kaiachi has drawn at least one, and obviously Billy draws them too, but I can't think of any others right now.
