    Biggy's Reputable Weaponry is closed for me is it closed for anyone else and I have completed the game and his quest befor the latest update.

    /startquest '"penguin2"'

    That's outer single qutoes, inner double quotes. Then do the quest (admin mode makes you invulnerable, so that's easy), then /admin again to disable.

    I think the fact that Dr Akaggy can unlock that quest early (i.e. before defeating Dreadwing) might mess progression up a bit.
