with our activity level? it is. but i don't think we'd be able to moderate ourselves so no it's not happening
there are lots of things to consider, but I think most people get onto the clan thread via the link of the mod. Not directly. One could just change the link on the mod. Also, I might, but no guarantees, be able to get us something.
Mmmm...banhammer swinging... Actually most new users we pick up now simply notice how disgustingly active this thread is and come to see what all the noise is for.
i dunno, i've had my days of moderation. and frankly, i think it would be an easy task. we're not that big though sleep time would be problematic, we need a mod in each side of the planet
I don't really see banhammer swinging here, I'm not sure what the fear of bans comes from, I'm sure there are some people responsible enough to wield a banhammer. Also you make a point on the activity, but it's still something to consider. I've done and am still doing my own fair share of moderation, though mostly on IRC. I've done forums and a subreddit in the past, though.
Or you know. Me. I outlast the vast majority of our users when it comes to staying up at night. Though we'd need somebody to cover the daytime hours.
You just joined the thread. Today. There's no way you would be put into a position of power that soon. No one knows you well enough to put enough trust in your skills. You just joined. It's like joining a website and going "imma make my first post a staff application". It doesn't look good.
I personally sleep from 1 AM to 7: 30 or so during weekdays, and go from 4 AM to somewhere between 10 and 12 AM during the weekends. Everything GMT+1 I've lurked, but true enough. I'm not the best person, but I'm just making a statement.
Gonna be drawing soon, if anyone wants an avali drawing for their forum pic, ask away! Also, I will upload the two drawings form yesterday to mediaFire for @Comito and @kawaiinoodles
Nice that you're inviting newfags into a thread encompassing convo, mr mod. They aren't even liked by the majority of threadmembers, and you treat them as if they're regulars. gg.
