    YES. Been waiting for this all day. Made myself do laundry and be responsible so once it launched I could enjoy it... now time to figure out what character I want to make. Uhmm.

    It's weird, I keep relaunching my client because it still says Spirited, and not Pleased. :l (edit) nevermind, steam was being lazy....

    It simply will not start for me. It says preparing to launch then nothing happens. Is this a known issue?

    Really excited to play the new stuff!!! Kind of wish that the multiplayer aspect of the game were easier to set up though.

    Same issue as sai1523, game just won't start. Says preparing to launch for a few seconds, then it disappears and nothing happens.
    Tried verifying integrity of game cache. It verified successfully, but the problem persists.

    edit: Kitten's suggestion (post #15) worked.

    im getting the same errors as kufell andarewn. wierd[DOUBLEPOST=1440477820][/DOUBLEPOST]I will try re-installing and see if that works.

    Open your Starbound folder and go into prereqs and run both the .exes in there. That worked for me.
