Paper planes and beach balls. So, how's progress on implementing the kitchen sink? !!! &&& ^^^ ((( ### *** @@@ <<< }}} ???
Most people probably look at that and see a beach ball and a paper airplane. I look at that and think, "Does that mean I'll be able to make a catchable time-bomb and play hot potato with my friends?"
@kyren! Long time no see... I don't reckon I ever had the pleasure of posting in one of your updates. And I don't feel like sorting through all the nonsense I post everyday to find out... If that paper plane can cause blindness by hitting players in the eye I'll purchase this game 10 times over again!
Never underestimate the value of making simple toys that characters can use. They are generally low-effort (because they should use existing systems. You add a beach ball because your game has a physics engine, you don't implement a physics engine to get a beach ball), and can add that little bit extra to the game, esp for players interested in just messing around.
I love when things like this are added to a game. If you could make a kickable ball rather than an equippable ball, that'd be the icing on the cake!
