Multi-person Vehicles

I think that Starbound should include vehicles that more than 1 person could use at the same time. For example, there could be a hoverbike where one person sits in the front, driving the vehicle, while the other player sits in the back and has access to a gun. I feel that if the game had vehicles such as the one I just mentioned, it would provide a new way to interact with other players. It would also provide a teamwork factor, where 2 or more players would rely on the other for survival. For instance, using the vehicle that I stated in my previous example, the player driving would rely on the other to shoot the hostile mobs/players, while the person shooting would rely on the driver to keep driving and to keep him/her out of the reach of hostile mobs/players.

Yes...

 

it would be awesome, even something like in Lost Planet 2 - then players could jump on the mech and shoot their weapons while hanging on the mech, WELL THAT WAS SOMETHING.
I dont think we need much more mechs, just add option for new players to jump in and take care of shooting, if theres not enough players driver have controls over guns.

This is a cool idea! It would be pretty neat if there were vehicles that could house multiple people, perhaps in a large mech. One person could control the guns, another movement, and another melee/digging, etc.

 

maybe one person controls like movement AND mining it would get really frustrating if you move and someone mines

 

but is'nt that the fun part of it?

I like the idea of teamwork (although I'm not good at teamwork), and depending on someone.
