Small update? Not much more changes to post and they want it to be a surprise. Starbound beta confirmed.

Nice update, they shouldve made a beta checklist so that we could see what they planned to have in the beta release, it sure would give context to these updates! I feel like beta is so close to being done, the devs are having difficulty knowing when its good enough. in an interview with Mo (you prolly dont know him, hes a smalltime game dev who made some fun mmos in the past) he pointed out that a beta is hard to release without a game plan, because without one the devs will always keep adding more in anxiety of any sort of release being too incomplete, when the idea of a beta is an incomplete release to begin with! I cant say that they dont have a private plan for beta, but having one is always better than not, and from the sound of these updates theyve done beyond the call of duty for a standard beta. I mean compare minecrafts beta to current day release. whoa. this is just my opinion, though. keep up the good work guys!
Tiy has said they have a to-do list for the beta and once everything on that list is done they will release the beta
