You don't seem to be able to hotlink images from your file host. I suggest you either upload it to the forums using the upload file button ( just press edit on your first post, and then choose full editor mode to get access to it again ) Or use a new file host such as imgur - which allows hotlinking.
Fixed it for you. After you upload you have to choose either thumb nail or full image. So it displays in the post.
