Vehicle Repair Station 1.0

Adds an object that can repair vehicles away from the outpost.

    Adds an object, the Repair Station, which uses auto chips to repair vehicles in the same fashion as Rob Repairo. It can be bought from Penguin Pete at the shipyard for 1000 pixels.

    Essential.

    BUT, it's a bit too cheap imo, you should feel the cost of a mobile Repair station, OR it should be destroyed upon bickup, like teleporters.
