Adds over 30 tenants to the game

    Sorry that it's been so long since last update. Originally I was going to wait for the 1.4 update to update my mod, but it seems like that won't be coming for a while.

    - Added the Eyeball tenant by (apparently) popular demand. It has the same requirements as the old All-Seeing Knight, which has been changed (see below).
    - Added recipe for the Gun Chest, in order to make tenants that require the combat tag easier to spawn.
    - Added evil tag to "Wanted Poster"
    - Added Gun Chest to Kit Shop Merchant's inventory.
    - Fixed PGI error with the Floran farmer.

    IMPORTANT: Changed many tenant requirements, in order to be more consistent and to fix some compatibility issues.
    - vanilla All-Seeing Knight: 12 eyepatch, 18 combat
    - vanilla Space Guard: 12 station, 18 combat
    - Bounty Hunter: 12 industrial, 18 combat
    - Palaeontologist: 24 fossil
    - Airship Captain: 24 avianairship, 24 hoard
    - Airship Quartermaster: 16 avianairship, 8 storage, 8 commerce
    - Cyclops Yeti: 18 ice
    - Muscian: 24 musical
    - Penguin Merc: 12 industrial, 18 combat, 4 ice
    - Weeaboo: 16 hylotl, 8 human, 8 odd
    - Spelunker: 14 explorer, 14 naturalcave
    - Greenfinger: 24 floranvillage, 24 hoard
    - Librarian: 76 knowledge
    - Wizard: 14 glitchvillage, 14 crafting, 14 knowledge (I mixed up glitchvillage and glitchcastle before, this is the intended tag)
    - Miner: 24 mining
    - Bandito: 24 novakidvillage, 24 evil
    - Painter: 32 painting, 8 racial (optional)
    - Farmer: 24 farm, 24 nature, 8 racial (optional)
