    This update makes it so destinations disabled through the config no longer show up in the menu at all, rather then being permanently disabled.
    Also changed is how refueling is handled, as previously, each time you opened the destinations menu, there was a 5% chance to need refueling, even if the last time you opened the menu you never traveled.
    To make things more immersive, refueling is only checked after you use the cart to travel.
