    It seems I've forgot to update non-steam version. Sorry folks. Hope this will fix your problems.
    1.9:

    -Updated for categories in Galactic Shops mod's Pet Shop. (Galactic Shops 4.1 update)

    -Racial pets are avaiable at Pet Shop.

    -Pets are: bunny(different than critter bunny), cat, crasberry, orbis, pigglett, snake, snugget and weasel

    -Updated player.config file. Shop does not need for player to know blueprints for pet houses, but maybe this will fix error for some people not seeing anything at Pet Shop.
